Hi, I’m Randi!
I’m an author, an entrepreneur, a mother, a yoga teacher, and a super connector. I’ve suffered major loss and experienced incredible growth. It’s my honor to bring all of this to the table in everything I do.
During the biggest trials in my life, I’ve found the most healing - the most acceptance - in facilitated conversations with a circle of women.
It was in these circles I allowed myself to be vulnerable, to share and hold space and to find my most authentic self through the mirror of others. This type of wholehearted support is rare in our society…but if we’re going to become who we are meant to be, we need this for ourselves and from each other.
Welcome into a space where you can be yourself and allow others to be themselves. I fundamentally believe this is not only the antidote to loneliness but a key that unlocks the doors to understanding our deepest selves.

There is nothing more powerful or magical than a circle of women.
There is something innately transformative in the act of sharing, especially when we connect around the themes in our lives we don’t usually have time to explore. By sharing space with other women, without clambering toward solutions or advice, we meet a deep biological human need to be heard and held as our truest, most authentic selves while also digging into the very topics that define us.
Imagine… Entering a room with a small group of women, coming together around a theme that affects each and every one of you. Perhaps you were nervous before but you can already sense the commonality between you and the other participants. You feel the weight of the day-to-day dissipating.
Women are so rarely given the chance to connect on such a deep level; this time together is a gift.

How the Circles Work
Facilitated by Randi Zinn, your Group opens with a grounding practice before she offers theme-based prompts for you to consider, embody, and journal.
The magic is in sharing what came up for you and noticing the overlap of your inner life with that of others when they share.
This powerful container is closed with a practice to integrate the experience and step back into your world feeling more supported and peaceful.

Midlife Magic
Welcome to Midlife Magic- a time of transformation physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. For too long midlife has been defined as a time of merely aging, but contemporary women understand that our wisdom and understanding only deepens and in so many ways, life is just beginning!
Midlife is magical. It's intriguing, exhilarating and mysterious. We know something is changing we just can’t always pinpoint WHY or HOW. It’s full of contradictions and dichotomies but one thing most can agree on is that we’ve merely chipped the surface of really understanding it- of even claiming it and naming it as magical.
Join The Group Experience as we look at our relationships, our work in the world, and our sense of self all through the lens of midlife transformation.

The Art of Boundaries
Women are encouraged from the time we’re small to give, accommodate and nurture. We’re rewarded for selflessness and putting others ahead of ourselves. In adulthood, we wonder why it feels natural to put ourselves last. So much of our inner work is the return to self-prioritization within our personal and professional lives. We strive to find the balance that would create true harmony.
